Get set up
Sign the partner agreement and join a 30-minute briefing call. You'll get the GEM one-pager, intro scripts in Thai and English, and your lead registration link.

Spot a company that's hiring
Someone mentions they're looking for a marketer, an e-commerce manager or a designer. Ask three questions: are you hiring, what role, and are you handling it yourselves?

Register the lead
Submit the company, contact and role before you introduce them. We confirm within 24 hours that they aren't already ours. This is what protects your commission.

Make the introduction
Start a LINE group or email thread with your contact and GEM. That's your part finished.

Get paid
We update you at every stage. When the company hires and pays our invoice, your commission is sent within 7 days.
What makes a good lead
- A Thailand-based company hiring for digital marketing, e-commerce or creative roles
- Hiring now or within the next three months
- Salary of 20,000 THB per month or more
- You can reach a decision-maker: the founder, HR or the hiring manager

Questions
Do I need recruitment experience?+
No. You need a network and a warm introduction. GEM handles the recruiting.
When exactly do I get paid?+
When the company you introduced makes their first hire through GEM and pays our invoice. Your commission follows within 7 days.
What if the company hires more people later?+
Commission is paid on the first hire only. After that, GEM manages the account directly.
How long does my referral last?+
12 months from the date we confirm your lead. If the company hires through GEM in that time, you earn. After 12 months the referral expires.
What if someone else already referred the same company?+
The first person to register the company owns the lead. That's why registering before you introduce matters.
Is tax deducted from my commission?+
No. You're paid in full and are responsible for declaring your own income.
